They lie just 5 minutes' walk from Plaça Universitat and 10 minutes from Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. This is where the bourgeoisie of Barcelona has always lived and where guests will find impressive buildings and modernist palaces such as the Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Casa Milà, Casa Amatller and Casa Lleó Morera. Guests will find links to the public transport network only 400 m away and the apartments are just 900 m from the city centre and 2.5 km from Barceloneta beach. Barcelona Airport is just 13 km away.

Room information:
These open, loft-style studios have 1 bedroom, a dining room/sitting room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. They sleep up to 4 people and come with either 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed and a king-size sofabed. They are equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and the kitchen offers a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine. Furthermore, an ironing set, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and a safe are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Additional information:
There is a daily cleaning service, and the apartments are fully cleaned 2 days a week, including a change of bed linen and towels for stays of longer than 7 nights. Once the reservation has been made, the hotel will preauthorise the credit card provided and charge a deposit to guarantee the booking. The rest is payable upon arrival. Guests will require a passport/ID and are asked to call the number that appears on their confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival in order to confirm their arrival time and the address from which to pick up the keys. It is imperative that guests provide a phone number or email address where they can be contacted at all times.
